WeChat Red Packets

The Red Packet concept is based on the Chinese tradition of hongbao (red envelope), where money is given to family and friends as a gift. We use Red Packets within our WeChat daigou groups to reward people for engaging with a particular brand.  Brands that leverage WeChat have seen improved eStore visibility and product sales.

Content Development

We build content assets specific for the daigou community then store these in your library, located within your eStore (called the ‘Content Center’. It’s important to note that the daigou are not the end buyer and much of the content is developed in order to assist the daigou in selling your brand and products.  The types of assets include sample ads, FAQ’s, product sheets etc (in Chinese).

 Paid media can be a powerful outlet for driving traffic and growing sales – but only when executed in the right ways and in the right places. Our paid media programs leverage both on and offline Chinese media with a particular focus on reaching the daigou community. Typical paid media programs leverage WeChat ads and relevant Chinese newspapers (print/digital).

With the rise of social media in this digital era, comes along a new marketing tool in the form of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) or Influencer Marketing. This type of marketing has gained a lot of ground especially in China where KOL’s have a lot of power and influence over what consumers desire, want and buy. In some respects large daigou’s have also become defacto KOL’s and as such can be used by brands to create interest and curiosity for a brand.
