Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is our first desire.

We want you to feel confident when purchasing online and we want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchases. So if for any reason the goods are not what you ordered, damaged, not the right quantity, or you are not happy with the quality of the goods you have purchased, please contact us directly on returns@daigousales.com to notify us of the problem.

We will be happy to assist you with a solution as long as the item meets one of the following conditions:

Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law because we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.

Goods on which a change of mind return is not available

Unfortunately we will not accept the return of items from the following categories under the change of mind returns policy under any circumstances:

  1. Medicines (Over The Counter)
  2. Baby Formula
  3. Fragrances
  4. Vitamin Supplements
Reasons for a return

There are several reasons why customers may want to return an item. Valid reasons can be one or all of the following:

  1. Incorrect item and or quantity received or shipped
  2. Change of mind returns
  3. Item is in bad condition (damaged and/or tampered seal)
  4. Other returns

For an incorrect item, quantity or change of mind returns, we will require a copy of the receipt, photo of the items upon arrival and courier and / or shipping costs for all return items will be paid by the customer.

As we have no control over International Customs or International Postal Operations and as such, takes no responsibility for damaged items or items claimed to be missing.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any International orders where such claims are made. We recommend such claims are placed with your local customs and or postal service.

Receipt and photos are needed as an attachment to this request.

Damaged Orders

Even though great care is taken in the shipping process, if your item/s arrives damaged, please contact us to assess the damage and to work out a solution.

You may be requested to provide of photograph of your item/s and /or delivery package to aid a speedy resolution. Please also retain your receipt.

As we have no control over International Customs or International Postal Operations and as such, takes no responsibility for damaged items or items claimed to be missing.

Change of mind returns

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, we will offer you an exchange or refund provided that:

  1. You return the item within 7 days of purchase;
  2. You produce your original online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase at the time you return the item;
  3. The item must not have been used or damaged in any way;
  4. It is in its original packaging including manuals, pamphlets and all accessories;
  5. It is unopened, unused and in its original saleable condition
  6. All tags, labels or boxes are intact and not opened.
  7. The item is sealed and not tampered.
  8. The product is not one on which a change of mind return is not available (see below).
  9. Unfortunately we will not accept the return of items from the following categories under the change of mind returns policy under any circumstances:

If these requirements are not satisfied we reserve the right not to offer an exchange or refund for change of mind returns.

Other returns

We will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange, refund or repair where:

  1. The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or
  2. Significantly different to those shown or described to you, or
  3. The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or
  4. The product is unsafe, and
  5. You can present your online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase.

We may elect to return the product to the manufacturer to determine the nature of the problem. We reserve the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality* and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

*Products must be of acceptable quality, that is:

  1. safe, lasting, with no faults
  2. look acceptable
  3. do all the things someone would normally expect them to do.

Acceptable quality takes into account what would normally be expected for the type of product and cost.

We will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange, refund or repair where:

DaigouSales reserves the right to

Assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to providing a repair, exchange or refund. This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused.

  • Your original online tax invoice are the best form of proof of purchase
  • Refunds will be issued using your original payment method
